    I miss Aphexphode!

    What ever happened to her? She used to be around a lot but I havent seen her for a while.

    There is a poster called Miss Phode, which is similar in name, but not the exact match! I miss Aphex

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Aphex is her first name, Rich. We prefer the more formal "Miss Phode", but I'm sure she'll answer if you call her by her first name. Actually, I'm sure she'll answer if you just call her.
