      OK I have to say this!!!..
      I wish Atkins was alive because this granny would take her shirt completely off to show him his success!!!!!! no diet ever ever took body fat off the way this one has for me

        LOL, yes I do live slap bang in the middle of farm country. But I eat a lot of pork when I have little money, as its cheaper and I can spend more on more important things.

        I guess I am just a creature of habit. I do have a nice juicy ribeye occasionally, but I just can't be a****d with cooking chicken or fish.

        I do occasionally have beef mince, as thats cheap, but pork chops are so convenient.

        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                poonch-key. It's like a jelly doughnut. But kinda better. Ummm, from what I remember, that is. I haven't had one in years. I am thinking of the right thing, aren't I Miss Phode?
                It's a Polish jelly donut. Disgusting actually, but fun to say.

                            Heidi, I'm going to be a grandma too. Sometime in October. I got ya beat at the young gramma thing. And, I'm going to be a grandma before I've ever been a "natural" mommy! LOL
