Tell me about it. This all started as a joke in our house but now DH is saying to me "why cant we move to NZ?" Three hours on the net and I am ready to start packing! Tell me things.

    Analog6 is probably the closest.

Of course we did have a very dear mod who lived there - Loonatika. But she sort of just dissapeared one day. :-(

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Sorry, Larenfra, did not realise PM bos was full. I have not been to NZ but I'ver thought of moving there myself. It is a beautiful place, and the pace of life is somewhat slower than our city rat races. Of course, much of it is very provincial and the folk can be very insular, like any small communitites. Jobs can be hard to come by but it depends on your field. Here are some links

Re: Who lives/lived in New Zealand

I moved here (New Zealand) 2 years ago from Australia, and I absolutely LOVE it. The scenery is more beautiful than you could ever imagine. The people are great too, but yes, employment is hard to come by. I am looking for work myself at the moment, and not being specialised in 1 field gives me a hard time finding a job, ANY JOB!!

I strongly advise a move here though, you have got to see it to believe it.

I have been back to Aus twice since I came here, and just couldn't wait to get back to NZ. I was homesick for the first time in my life - I missed the country that much. It's lovely, and very down to earth.
