    10/03/06- Im in a size 14 jean!!!!
    (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
    Foods I cannot have-
    Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
    spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous


    I Made it!!!! TWICE!!!! (10/06 and 1/07!!!)

          I had some good news for today too. I finally turned those little keto sticks pink. They aren't the darkest color... but they ARE third from the darkest color!

            That is awesome Cristy, its so great to know it is working Depending on how much water you are drinking effects the color too. So you may be super duper dark purple

              Really?... I didn't know that. I'm probably drinking around 10-12 glasses a day. It's pretty cool....I don't think I ever got those things off beige before.

                Then you may be more purple then Mace Windu's light saber. That was total Star Wars geek there, are you with me sister?! If I pee on the strips and consequently on my hands at different times in the day they are different colors of purple, even Whoopie Goldberg would get confused.OHHH another movie there, holla!

                                Okay, as promised . . . a picture from my birthday dinner (yep, that's me in a size 12 dress) and one from the morning after too darn much sake!

                                My birthday was wonderful. Nothing like spending it with my friends - I'm a lucky girl to have such great friends! We were all pretty toasted by the time this was taken . . .

                                Yep, morning after - dark circles and all. I was ready to shot my roommate for taking this, but what the heck . . . I did some errands and then took a nap. I think I have recovered now!

                                As a bonus for my weekend, I bought a gorgeous dress (again, size 12) for Dorota and Joel's engagement party -- at Ann Taylor! I was a very happy girl!
