    Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
    On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
    Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
    Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

        Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
        2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

        .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

                    Knew it! Cant wait till we all get back to our old selves. You know the ones where we dodge the mods and re word stuff as too not get our 2nd and 3rd warnings LOL! Glad you are back, dont ever leave that long again please. BTW Stinky has lost weight and he looks and seems so much healthier.

                      Foods I cannot have-
                      Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
                      spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous

                        Tommy - I'm really glad to hear the Stinkster is doing better. Both of mine are healthy as well!

                        Things have been hectic around here. Besides, I've been hibernating from the world lately. Long story . . . not very interesting.

                        I'm working on a month-long goal of being cheat-free. On day 4! Wish me luck!

                              I bought Stinky a cat nip toy. He is loving it so much, being a total addict about it though. I take it away and he begs for it back and says he will only sniff it for a little while longer and that he doesnt feel he has a problem with it. Freaking addicts man.
