Good Morning!!!

I am off to a happy start, finally down a pound to 152 this morning of my 3rd week...I was stalled at 153 for most of the weekend. So it's a pound, hey I'll take it!! =)

Hey A2N! How are you feeling? What triggered the headache -- food, environment? I hope you are feeling better! (Personally, I have found that Excederin Migraine works pretty well. It has caffeine, but it's worth it to get rid of the pain!)

I hope everyone else is well and happy this morning. It's foggy/marine layer in Santa Monica, but, heck, it's still a good day!
