I feel like there is double gravity today lol. I spent the night at my sisters in H.B. and hung out with Jackson! He is so cute, he askes "Uncle Tommy how was your day" LoL he is three haha. She totally supports this WOE and was all "I have a steak for you in the fridge" LOL she had a big ole huge filet! I turned the bbq on all burners and let that sucker get orange hot. Seared that bad boy and it was thick real thick, turned out sooo good and Jackson had some with me he loves steak haha. Then I woke up and she said she just washed the towels and I was drying off after a shower and a freaking spider was on the towel when I was drying off. Needless to say I screamed like a little girl and Jackson had to come kill it. No lol I killed it but I hate spiders!
I feel like an invisible force is trying to pull me to the ground, Tommy no likey. Still no energy drinks or those lame lying lo carb power bars. Took the wrong freeway to work Taking my dad in for hand surgery tommorow and my cat Stinky is prolly freaking out cuz I didnt come home last night. Other than that life is awesome and I pray that all of us make it through today and stay strong and dont cheat.

That filet sounds mighty good, even at 10:20 in the morning. My landlords won't let us have a BBQ, damn them to Hades and back! Grrrrr . . . . I want a grill!! I would use it every day! How great that your sister is supportive. That makes such a difference, doesn't it!

Spiders, snakes and birds (I know, weird) are on my "no likey" list. Spiders on towels? Oh no - I would be screaming like a girl too! Wait, I am a girl . . . okay, screaming like a transvestite on Hollywood Boulevard. Is that better?!

All is good this morning. I think I finally recovered from Easter food madness and am back on the path of Atkins righteousness! Yippee!

OMG you are so funny your killing me. I set that fire at Sharkey's they refused to make me a burger with a lettuce wrap. Muahaha burn baby burn... you and your delicious sesame seed buns burn to the ground... No I am just kidding did it burn all the way down, cuz now I feel bad. I am going to Vegas June 21-23 for my sisters 40th birthday. My goal is to look great for the Mandalay Bay big huge wave pool. Taking my shirt off in public after so many years of feeling uncomfortable might still be weird but I am going to do it! I have been working so hard on my body and it will be ready
I have an idea, if you think you are going to cheat then you have to post and get the groups permission first.

I had qdoba for lunch today. Dunno if that was a good thing or not. (I remember doing lots of reading up on them when they first moved here). But They were VERY nice aboutmaking what I wanted properly. I even warned them that I was going to be as difficult as possible. The guy just grinned and said "lemme have it!" (might be the low cut shirt Im wearing LOL). Anyway.... got a taco salad, no shell, no black bean corn salsa. basically lettuce, chicken, sour cream, cheese, pico de gallo.

Got screwed out of my normal workout yesterday (walk/jog) as the neighbors MEAN dog was out of their yard and running wild. Shes a known biter so when I saw her, I headed back to the house and did some DVDsinstead. Think im going to have to start alternating between walking and doing the dvds. my abs hurt and it kicked my butt.

Tommy, I think its great that you wanna be able to take your shirt off and not feel uncomfortable. One of my goals for the summer is to wear one of those racer back fitted shirts when I go for a jog and feel good about myself in it. Yay for not wearing shirts!

Biting dogs bug. Although running from a biting dog can be a great workout as long as you dont get bit. I cant wait until we all can just go shirtless, I mean they are so over rated anyway That salad you had sounds really good. I always wondered why does everything in salsa have carbs yet salsa really doesnt lol. Kooky. This Mexican place near work serves chicharon (spelling?) yes it is totally gross fried pork skin, but so freaking good lol. Hot grease shoots the back of your throat and burns it lol. It isnt like the bag of pork skins that looks all fluffy and tame. This looks like someone stuck a pig with a spear and ripped its skin off then deep fried it and handed it to you You should all come by and try some lol its so good.

No kidding!!!! I'm hoping to break a major barrier by next Monday's weigh-in (I only weigh once a week). If I make it, I'm sure you will be hearing the screams of joy from there!!!
