It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I have the following (Tooth Brush, Paste, Floss and Listerine) in the the following places ( My House, my Mom's, my Mom's and in the office)
I am a little OBCD about my teeth

I use a manual toothbrush, and floss as well at least 3x a day. I've thought about buying one of those battery operated ones but haven't got around to it.Jen, 39, F

Rich, I'm glad to see the polls again. And as for me, I try to brush 3 times a day with a whitening tooth paste (due to the fact that I am still a smoker YUCK! I sooo need to quit), floss usually only once or twice a day and Cack! at Listerine, I have to use Scope.
It's WEIRD the poll is about teeth today.... I had the weirdest dream last night that I lost one of my eye teeth. But I can't remember if it just came out or got punched out or what. First thing I did when I woke up was to make sure all my teeth were still there and shhhuuu... thank God they are.
Wonder what that dream ment

I use an electric, I love it!! I also use the Cinnamon Scope, reminds me of Hot Damn!
What would we do without it?

I have impeccable oral hygiene
I floss, I swish, I whiten, I brush with one of those insane sonic brushes...and plan to keep my teeth until I die thank you very much!!!!Comment
