    I'm in a 5 mile road run race today, also Betty. Its going to get cold.......
    Did you win? You must have been very aerodynamic without all that hair blowing in your face and slowing you down. Think how much you'll save in mousses and gels too - not to mention all that time blowdrying and styling. lol

      No LIR, I didnt win. But I won against myself. There were a lot of better athletes in the race. I wont ever win a race, but I dont enter it for that.

      It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
