    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        Thanks all for the birthday wishes. It is a beautiful day here, the sun is shining, I have birthday dinner plans where I can get allowable foods, and Miss Whoosh fairy came and took away all my excess "exercise" water. Got to be Happy!
