Hey, did you ever notice that if you use all caps in the title of a new thread post that this site automatically corrects it! The title was susposed to be RICH OMG not Rich Omg--it lost all the drama and urgency now.

Who knows, he disappeared a while ago!
I'm lucky that one of the main systems we use has a color scheme very similar to ADBB--only no smilies! So, I just shrink ADBB into a smaller window in front of that system and nobody really notices what I'm doing!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
