If you eat a bowl of ramen noodles for a meal, with a sugary soda to drink, you get about 650 calories, a heap of carbs, Zero real nutrition, and you will still be craving more because you've deprived your body of healthy food. (So you'd probably go eat some more)
OR....
you could have had fruit, veggies, meat, cheese and some dressing for the same meal, been fully charged nutrient-wise, and be fully satisfied (with equal or fewer calories)... the Atkins way. The most intelligent choice is pretty obvious....

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
