Prayer, lots of prayer. A growth spurt? Its just a goal, I think it is more long term than short. I have however lost 5 pounds since that siggy. Even if I only hit the weight goal that is good enough for me.
Oh ya and about Johnny Depp, I have no fondness for the same sex in that regard but boy do I wish I could wear eye liner like him.
