  • Shatner Does Rocketman (Very Old)

Okay I admit it I am totally addicted to "youtube" it's like anything that ever existed in my past is somehow there on tape.
I was a big star trek fan so to see Shatner making a fool of himself doing rocketman is a real treasure. Hope someone likes it and thinks it funny.
By the way I have found some old blues videos, cream videos, queen, that I have never seen. They are hard to find but they are there.

Shatner is such a dork! lol I loved him on Star Trek! He personifies the Canadian sense of humour in that we have a great ability to laugh at ourselves. He's very good at doing that. I love him!

Ugh, Shatner has the biggest ego in the world. Do you know that he thinks his Star Trek books should be considered as classic literary masterpieces? I liked the old Star Trek, but I can't stand the real man!

OMG! You mean he's serious about all that stuff? I'm like "you can't be serious" and laughing and he's being sincere? Okay then we Canadians are good at laughing at other Canadians who take themselves too seriously. lol

Oh he seriously thinks that he is some kind of god/genius and that we should all bow down and kiss his feet!

I have a friend who's a DJ and he took me to a Star Wars convention, Shatner was there and they were susposed to do an interview and a couple of radio spots...he was so rude to the radio/tv people that they were dumbfounded! When the DJ told him that it was a real pleasure to meet him he made some comment about he should realize that he should be "Honored to have been able to meet him" he gave a 2 minute interview and got up and walked out, when they tried to tell him that he was scheduled to do the radio spots he told then he wasn't doing **** and that he was done here and he left! It was in his friggin contract to do the spots, but he was too good and couldn't be bothered! The radio/tv guys said they had never met a ruder celebrity in all their years in the business!

Oh my gosh, I am loving the shatner rocket-man.
I'm so nerdy, I know all the words by heart and was speaking them with the shatner.
Thanks... still love the John / Taupin version too.
