I know have the opportunity in the next month to go on a business trip to Montpellier France for a few days. I'm debating it..believe it or not i'm not sure if i'm up to it...then part of me is thinking this could be my only trip to France in my life. Not sure what to do yet...since i've travelled 3x in 4 months i'm actually kind of tired of it LOL. Never thought i'd hear myself say that.

I just find it very exhausting.

GO! If for nothing else, go for the FOOD!

2. I have to disagree - the best Souther Italian food in the world is in the "Little Italy" section of Long Branch, NJ - where I grew up!! LOL

We usually go on a couple really short trips that are within a few hours here in BC. Merrit, Penticton, Victoria.

2007 sometime is the year we're hoping to take the RV down through Oregon to California for some fun on the beaches/dunes and then on to a Disneyland trip with the kids. We've been trying to get our stuff in order so we're ready to go by then.

I have been to all those places

I go to VanCouver about 6 times a year it is a nice break from working on this house I am going again for a weekend of rest after the wedding I forgot about that there is a light isn't there....

VanCouver BC is by far my favorite city to visit eat and shop in and it is really close!

I am originally from Vancouver, BC and now a looong way from home.

This summer my hubby wants us to drive from UAE to the South of Oman! To a place called Salalah apparently there is a monsoon season that hits on its way to India, around end of June/July,August. I know you are into exotic things, so you will probably know which place i'm takling about! We are going to try to leave around mid -June (2 weeks from now approx). There are some pretty fascinating places to see along the way and while we are there. We will also most likely see Franckinsense trees, only one of three places in the world where those trees grow! Enough bragging from me!

Hope you get to go somewhere this summer! You deserve a break!

Checking in from my vacation now... a week of Disney/Universal. Been good so far except we got soaked today, definitely getting my exercise in though.

Hey Heidi!

I grew up in Coquitlam, never actually lived inside the city of Vancouver, just the suburbs. Went to Simon Fraser university in Burnaby, so lived in Burnaby for a while too.

Yeah I think my hubby and older son will drive to Salalah, its about 1100 kms, but I am jsut worried about the heat, because I don't like the heat much at all and my skin is so sensitive, but I know I will be missing a lot of the scenery. I'm thinking of flying from here to Salalah with my youngest (he's 5) and my hubby and older son can go by themselves int he car. Hubby said that maybe i can come back by car with him on the way. Ther is a highway giong south through the middle of the country before it turns to Salalah, and they will be taking that route, and I believe on the way back we will take the routes more closer to the coast and even go to Masirah Island hopefully where the giant turtles are, and then head up to Muscat and then home from there. So many I will just get the guts to go back home with them by car.
It will be an adventure in any regard!

I am going to Vegas for my sisters 40th Bday this month on the 18,19 and 20. Only a short one but I will down at the wave pool with the improved body so it will be a first for me
