It's that time of the year, again!

The Biggest Loser is having a casting call for their 4th season.

If I didn't have responsiblities and obligations I'd suck up my shyness and apply...lol.

do the trainers on the Biggest Loser follow the atkins plan? if not, I'd pass

Last season I read up on the trainers advise for some of the folks...the diets were individualized and although they didn't advertise "Atkins" they were using low carb methods for folks such as the Doctor as well as proclaiming some of the low fat methods with their advertising folks from Jello and Quaker Oats.

Jillian & Bob actually came down under and filmed an Aussie version.

Apparently Bob favours a low cal version of Atkins!

But I don't need it, I have my Atkins book and I'm doing fine!
