    2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                I haven't been misbehaving lately, you say...



                You figured out I wasn't quite myself lately.....



                The holiday season tends to alter my perceptions of things.




                But all good things must come to an end, and as the ew Year approaches, things quickly return to normal.




                I'm already starting to feel like my old self again (though the same size or slightly smaller than before!)



                Banned for making my heart grow 6 sizes bigger today!
