        BANNED for suggesting that I could EVER be subject to criticism!!

        (BTW, if you save all the smileys as an html you can then edit out all the smileys you'll never use and it's really quick to scan your special smiley page for the one(s) you want; then select & paste to the post. I sent mine to myself as an HTML email)

        Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
        2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
