2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

Banned! For using capital letters on all "banneds"; banned for accusing me of tossing pork rinds, when what I said was to toss the bad ones and get the good ones! Banned for adding that on this thread when people won't get it unless they were on the other thread.
