It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I know one, though not very well....i've only met him twice. Most of the guys I know seemed to be named John Bill or Dave for some reason.

Well, my dh works with a guy named Richard, but I don't know him personally. I only hear stories. I work with a guy named Rick and my first boyfriend ever (not counting grade 1 - hee) was named Rick. Those are not "Rich's" of course, but.....so do these count? I await your answer before voting cuz, you know, voting in a poll is a serious matter and you want to do it right.Female, 46yrs, 5'3"

Only three for me. One is a true "Richard" He's one of those relatives you only see at weddings and funerals so I don't actually *know* him but know *of * him. Another I knew as a teenager who went by Richie or Ricky. The other is technically a DIRK but everyone has always called him Dick so that has to count too.Female
