My cousin and my brother were born on the same day. My daughter's birthday was the same day as my grandfather's. My son-in-law's birthday is only four days before my daughter's. My grandmother was 4 days younger than my grandfather. That's probably not that unusual.

Our family's thing has turned out to be names that start with the same letters. For instance, my parents' names both start with "J". My two brothers and I all start with "L". My two childrens' names start with "M". My younger brother's four boys all start with "L". My older brother has two children that start with "K". He didn't get with the program, though, and he has a third child that starts with "P". My husband is one of three children whose names start with "D". Enough, already!

Our strange dates are in February. My youngest brother was born on the 2, my daughter was born on the 4th, my uncle was born on the 6th, my other brother was born on the 8th, and my mom divorced my day finally on the 10, they were married on the 14th. February is a fun month in my family

What a fun chat - so interesting! A few notes:

It is said to take note of the numbers on the clock... if you keep looking at the same numbers over and over again, then look it up! It could be a message for you.

12:34 on the clock is supposed to mean that you are on the right track in your life.

I have a brother and a sister that were both born on October 17, yet 10 years apart.

I've lived in three apartments, two were #5. Hence, that is why I always add fives to my name (as in my handle above). It has always been my favorite number for some reason. Oh, my basketball/softball jersey number was 55 also.

I was born 28 Nov, my brother 28 May. My mother born 11 Feb, my father 11 Nov. 28 28 11 11. Odd. My father shared a birthday with my husband.

The following are birthdays:

DH - 3/11 Mine - 6/10 BIL - 9/9 DH Grandfather - 12/8

months 3, 6, 9, 12 days 11, 10, 9, 8

The first three houses I lived in were on the same street. The house numbers were: 365, 356, 357. (About 2 months before getting married, we went to a store for living room furniture. I gave the salesman the address I was living at - 365 **** Ave. and the address to where it was to be delivered - 356 **** Ave. and he gave me a strange look.)

My maternal grandmother was born July 26, 1906. She passed away on July 20, 1992, 6 days before her 86th birthday.

My Aunt was born August 26, 1926 - 20 years and 1 month after my grandmother's (and her mother's) birth.

My maternal grandfather's birthday was May 25th and my maternal grandparents anniversary was October 25th.

Oh yeah.

My MIL's birthday is January 27th - the date that the Apollo 1 tragedy occured in 1967 (for those of you too young to remember or those of you who aren't from the US - this was when the 3 Astronauts (Gus Grissom, Roger Chafee and Ed White) perished in a fire in the space capsule).

My father's birthday is November 22nd - the same day that President John Kennedy was assasinated on in 1963.

My brother's birthday is May 5th - the same day that our first astronaut went into space (but did not orbit the earth) - Alan Shepherd. (not to be confused with John Glenn who was the first astronaut to orbit the earth). (My brother was and is an avid fan of the space program.)

My paternal grandparent's anniversary date was April 19th. The same day as both the Waco incident in 1993 and the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995.

My husband's birthday, my birthday, my BIL's birthday and my anniversary always fall on the same day of the week. For instance, this year it's Saturday.

And, finally, I hope, my paternal grandfather pointed out that when he was 81, I was 18.

I know, I said in my last thread that was it, but this is a general comment.

In 1999, anyone born in a year where the last 2 numbers added up to 9 (i.e. I was born in 1954), their age was not only the reverse of those two numbers (i.e. I was 45 in 1999), but that age, when added it up was 9.

I have a cousin who was born in 1918 - he turned 81 in '99 - 81=9
My father - 1927 - turned 72 in '99
Another cousin - 1945 - 54 in '99
My BIL - 1963 - 36 in '99
I graduated from high school in 1972 - 27 years before '99
