    Some missing members

    Where have LIR and Wannabethintoo disappeared to? I havent heard from these in a while?

    Also, does anyone else have any queries as to the whereabouts of anyone (old regular posters)?

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

    10/03/06- Im in a size 14 jean!!!!
    (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
    Foods I cannot have-
    Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
    spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous


    I Made it!!!! TWICE!!!! (10/06 and 1/07!!!)

      LiR is on vacation at her cabin, she doesn't have internet access there, she'll be back.
      Wannabe, I have no clue about.

              Well that doesnt mean she cant post here! I miss her, she helped me alot when I was first getting on the Atkins wagon.

                We tried to tell her that! She did post at our sister board for a little while, but I haven't seen her around there for quite a while either.
