so there is just a couple pics i have plenty of more i can post if anyone has intrest in this thread.working on sleeving my arms and legs.have a realy big chest piece picked out for when i loose the weight,and will have a full back piece.

Seriously girl...I love that tattoo...so beautiful.

Mine aren't all that thrilling but they all mean something to me. I'll be getting my latest for my birthday hopefully and will describe it after.
(It's worth noting I drew all of my tattoos myself)

The first one. I got it on my 18th birthday as a present from my then boyfriend. It's a fairy I had been drawing since high school. Kinda corny but an homage to my depression that I battled then. She's pouting and forgetting she can fly.



The next is the most personal. In 2001 I lost my best friend, Amanda, to leukemia. She had just turned 20. When she was 19, she decided she was going to get a tattoo and asked me to draw her a simple flower vine, which I did. She loved it and got it tattoed around her right ankle. After she died, I found my original drawing and took it to a tattoo parlor. I modified it by hiding her name in the vine. I've both fully designed and assisted in the design of two more memorial tattoo's of our mutual friends...both include the vine in some way.



And the last is a simplistic tribute to my spirit on my lower abdomen. It reminds me never lose sight of who I am at the core. (it took me so long to find out I BETTER not forget!!)



My next and most likely last tattoo for quite some time will span my upper back. It is a red heart with somewhat tribal wings. In script around it I have the first and middle names of my mother and father. My mother is my heart, and my father is my soul (wings).

Oh baby thank you so much that means a lot to me ..it was literally a labor of love having this done ...all the flowers have meaning ....I want to have more done but for now I will give it a rest....

Yours look just beautiful ..especially when you tell us the reason behind them .... I want to see that first one on you better the pic is not very clear

some pics of my sleeve. its a good and bad sleeve.good things mixed with bad just like life,,cricket with a gun in the middle of man eating venus fly traps,a goldfish swimming up stream with a lotus and a pear of wisdom.evil tattoo clown because the scare the **** out of me and a few other things mixed in.

ive had 13 piecings. right now i have the ones in my toung.my eyebrow 2 in my left nipple 1 in my right and my ears stretched to 3/4...

to me anyway.it was something i wanted to do since i was a little kid,my dad was in the navey and he had a few and i always wanted them. i thought that getting tattooed was part of becoming a man.i got my first one when i was 18 because of that reason,well then after that it became something else.
you think the carb addiction is hard haha wait till this one grabs you.but its a way of expressing yourself,putting a part of your soul for the world to see.no matter what you get weither it has a deep meaning or its just a pic you liked,,its still part of you and somehting in that picture talked to you.and after getting it tattooed on you it becomes part of you...plenty of reasons to get tattooed they very as much as the art work
