Vacation? Do you mean "hols"? Heee I just came back from 2 weeks vacation. Did you miss me? We went to our cottage which is about 2 hours north of Toronto. We went to the beach almost every day. I overate my legal foods. My weight stayed exactly the same. Yayy!! Wait....what was the question??

Vacation?? What's that? I haven't been on a real vacation since my honeymoon. Traveling north to visit relatives is hardly a vacation.

Today is my first day back from 1 weeks vacation, Like LIR I spent it at the cottage, ours is about 3 hours north of toronto. Spent the first 5 days without hydro due to tornados, we also had no running water since the water pump is electric. It wasn't much fun...it came back on half way through..then I had 14 ppl show up for a horseshoe tournament on the weekend.

I'm exhausted...I'm returning to work to take a vacation from my vacation....

Oh i also spent 1 week up at the cottage in july, and 1 week in Treasure Island florida in March (we do that one every year).

Well I went to Tobago in March for my best friends wedding, had a FAB time.
Going to Florida on 23rd Sept for 2 weeks with my BF's family, 11 of us going and staying in a Villa. I cant wait!! Taking alot of spending money to get new clothes and shoes!!
*blushes* i've also bought a bikini in hope that I reach goal by then, I tried it on over the weekend, it looks ok, tummy needs alot of work tho!

I had a week in Disneyworld/Universal back at the beginning of June. Then spent two weeks visiting my sister and her family in July, and going to Destin to the beach this coming Thursday for a long weekend. My daughter went back to school today so that pretty much rounds up our vacations for the summer.

I'm going on vaction Weds night just me myself and I for 3 whole days and yes y'all arer all coming too. I'm heading to the mountains and I'm not taking a cell phone so I can't be found if Mother acts up

Well, my boyfriend couldn't leave the country due to visa processing for the UK, so we just went to Miami back in July. Had a good time!

I'm off to Leeds, England on Wednesday to see my best friend for a bit! I haven't seen her in a year and a half, and I miss her a lot. Leeds may not be the most exciting place in the world lol, but it'll be fun to see her again and go shopping and stuff

I have NO idea what speaking American means do you mean North American? ..Central American?....South American? ..personally I am half Canadian and from the US but I pretty much speak like a Yankee

I adore travel but have had two quite horrifying trips this year... I am chilling and going to do some short trips camping and hiking locally.... since I live in by far (I am very bias'd) the most beautiful state in these United States I can find plenty to do here ..or in BC or in Oregon ..if it takes more than a few hours to get there I am not going not this year...next year however I will try again with some Scuba trips to the Caribbean..for sure...

I am so jealous of Angel going to Tobago that is one of my favorite islands and the curries there are to die for!!!!!

12 days and counting... New York City for 6 days.. WOOHOOO!! Going to see my baby and FINALLY be able to do all the fun touristy things around NYC. We're taking the Circle Line (Ferry) to Ellis and Liberty Island, taking a carriage ride in central park (least I am!), going all over manhattan, all the fun things in the city. Also going to see the play RENT on Broadway, and I am taking him to Medieval Times for entertainment for his birthday in New Jersey.... I can't wait.. every other time I've been to New York it's been too cold to do any of those things! I haven't decided if I shall take my laptop with or not now due to these new security measures because of the terror thwart in the UK, but we'll see I suppose.. I' dlove to keep everyone posted on the daily bloggings and photos of my trip!! I leave on the 26th and he flies back with me on the 31st and he will be here for a week as well... it shall be a great time!

Curries?!?! I never saw any curries! Just rice and peas and rice and peas and alot of seafood, I dont like seafood. Food was great tho, I love rice and peas! Waiter service on the beach....great stuff! Would definately go again.

2big...I hope you enjoy every moment of your time away to recoupe and regernarate!

This is our first year we've taken a real holiday/vacation (I have family that still call it a "Holiday" and the other rednecks that I'm married to call it a "vacation") in a very long time.

Lincoln City, Oregon Coast, US July 7th...this is the tallest lighthouse in the US with 500 steps to the top. Yaquina Head Lighthouse

Our last night at the beach we had a bonfire and let the girls roast (burn) a few marshmellows. It was really an awesome time!

And next weekend....we're heading up to Hazard Lake, Idaho for 4 days of camping. I'm a little nervous because if anyone's seen the news for Idaho you'd see that a lot of it is on fire. It's supposed to be "clearer" where we're going.

In June I had the best vacation of my life. I was with the perfect person in the most beautiful place I have ever been. Perfect combo, huh?

We went to the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains in northern California.
