Anti-semitism in any form is so shocking to me, especially coming from a man with such a huge access to education and culture because of his wealth, who can travel whereever he pleases.

What is the normal sentence for DUI in California? Actually for a 1st offense here I don't even think you get a sentence that stiff. They do take your driver's license for a period of time, I think 1 year...but 3 years probation? sounds kinda stiff to me.

it would sound stiff if you have never been the victim of a drunk driver or racist....personally I think he got off easy

Actually I just looked it up, they can give you 2 years in prison. But I know dozen's of folks who have gotten DUI's - some more than one, and not one of those folks has done any jail time. And none of them are famous or rich! The only one I know that has done any jail time is one woman, after her 3rd one she got weekends in jail for like 3 months.
