That is still a respectable amount of muscle lol. I mean he still looks good if you ask me. I didnt know he had heart surgery, what happened with his heart? Does he still do maintenance lifting?

I found this pic over at anothe site it shows how Arnie looks now. At this site they were discussing the other flabby pics and they were saying that the guy who got the shots admitted that he worked on them to make him appear much worse
