    1 More Pound to 50!!

    I was so excited this morning! I am 1 lb. off of 50 lb. loss!! I have been stalled for a while (my own fault) and got on the scale today and I was 168. I haven't been 168 in over 4 years!! I started back Monday with raising my water intake (been bad lately) and started induction again. From Monday I dropped 6 lbs. WooHoo!!! I love this site, it keeps me going!! Thanks all!!

      It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
