What are some of the ways you've tried to diet before and found that it didn't work in the long run before you came back to Atkins?
Brunch this morning was a juicy turkey burger with onion and cheddar on a flax bun and it tasted absolutely decadent! It got me thinking about how amazing it still seems to me that we can eat all this wonderful food and lose weight. It's a far cry from the old dieting days of nothing but rabbit food.
I think I've been on all of the diets known to man. The craziest one I tried was probably the one where you eat something different every day. One day is veggies, one day is fruit. One day was even 8 bananas and 8 glasses of skim milk. Guaranteed to lose 17 pounds in a week! Ask me if I lost that 17 pounds... LOL !
