A fun golf game

Follow the link and give it a go. It can be quite addictive. I am looking forward to reading people's lowest score.

The best I have done so far is 42. But my first attempt was 80 something.

I can't even get the ball to go forward!!! I hold the mouse down and then let go...it goes backwards!!

LIR, which game did you get the 137 in? mine or dishrocks?

Sorry darling....I meant yours. I didn't know Dash had a game going. I just got 110. Not that I'm going to keep playing it over and over and over until I get a good score or anything. heee

Even in my first go I only got 83. 35 is now my lowest.

One-eyed Harold is my friend that I play Disc-golf with each week. He was in a wreck years ago and messsed up his mind and knocked out one of his eyes. I won't say what his degree is in but if you want to discuss quantum physics, alien abduction, tax law, romance languages including elvish, psychology, history, politics, socioligy, microbiology, and any thing to do with blood, etc.

I am not kidding he was like an information absorbing machine and still he takes these internet courses that I can't even pretend to understand but I am pretty much his only social escape.... Yep, I know it is weird.

We try to play each week and he kicks my but 50 percent of the time and I am "good". Even though he has no depth perception he has figured out a way to play each hole on the course so that he minimizes anything less than par.

It is fun to meet other Disc-Golfers on the course and have one on them mention something like getting a tick. That means that Harold gets to teach a course on what I can only describe as the history of parasites...I just kick back and let him go, it's what he was born to do.
I used to get embarrassed and try to get him back on track but finally I figured out that to shut him down was like telling a Greyhound not to run so I just shut up and learn.

It would be great if I could take him to other courses to play but he has to have lots of time and if anything frustrates him he gets physical.

He also lifts weights everyday and stays on a diet year round that keeps him very muscular and strong, So it is like going out with a shaved gorilla that can not only kick your *** but quote nietzsche while doing it.

So that is one eyed Harold in a nut shell.

there is something seriously wrong with your glf game Rich if a driver on there is 270 and the first whole is 190 then 70% power should get you out to the green not 1/2 way down the fairway

I know 2big, I know, however I have just adapted my shots accordingly.
