    "dog" The bounty Hunter

    Good Grief. I hate to admit this, but I love this show.
    However, they have arrested him becuase the Mexican Government sent down a warrent for catching Andrew Luster. The charges were illegal detention and conspiracy in an alleged kidnapping. This was in '03.

    I am part mexican, so it pains me to say it, but they went in and caught a seriel rapist for godsakes. Maybe he should have let the guy hang around and do his thing there. He didn't let local authorities know, big deal, half the time the authorities there are just as bad as the criminals.... atleast in the smaller towns.

    I wish that the citizens would rise up kick the government in the rear and start over, but that will never happen and that is a different thorn in my side.....

    I guess the change in the president of mexico caused this to be revisited, hopefully someone will come to their senses.

    Please someone tell me they watch this show, so I don't feel so pathetic.

    i saw part of this dog show last night or the night before. the very first time.
    that guy looks rough and old beyond his years! lol

    not my kind of show, sorry.

      I think it is so funny, his hair is so long, but he is going bald, but like feathers his hair or something over the bald spot. Must go through 2 bottles of hairspray a week.


      I got stuck on the show because of I am so ashamed to admit it, Leland, lol his son, who was arrested too.

        I love the show are you kidding ..I rarely watch tv but when he is on ..I am so there ...my god he hysterical ..and his wife..come on!!! the whole thing is such a riot ..like they do not know how campy they are???? please!!!!

          i have personally "outed" everyone i work with for watching that show. I LOVE that show! it cracks me up. my friends make fun of me, but they ALL watch it too. i think he's got a good heart even though he's cheesy. so what's going on with him & leland?

            I feel so stupid for watching it... like watching cops... I agree he looks way way over the hill.... but I guess that is what comes from the life he has lived.

              Are you talking about the arrest thing, or something in the show, because all I catch are reruns.


              Duane, Leland, and Tim were arrested for warrents in Mexico when they captured Andrew Luster. They didn't let the local authorities know what they were doing, nor did they hand him over to the local authorities and so on... They were at the Federal Detention center in Honalulu ( I probably spelled that wrong but oh well) awaiting a hearing and possible extradition.



              The three are being held in custody in Honolulu, and bail has not been set. They will face an extradition hearing to Mexico under terms of treaties between the U.S. and Mexico

                all i catch are reruns too. did you read about this in the paper today? i'm just wondering cuz i would go buy it. my boyfriend is addicted to the show too.

                  Watched I think Rita Cosby. Just do a google search on Duane Dog Chapman and you can find it online.

                      I love his show, I watch it every week. He seems like a good person, he always treats his prisoners with a great deal of respect.

                      Does anyone remember the controversy when Dog arrested Andrew Luster? The U.S. authorities weren't exactly "thrilled". Andrew Luster was sentenced to 125 years in prison, managed to escape the country and a bounty hunter was able to find him before the "real" police. Pretty embarassing on their part if you ask me.

                      I honestly think certain officials see his success as a threat. There's a theory that that played a role in a U.S. judge signing off on a warrant for him, he even said it himself in court today (there's an article quoting him on CNN.com). I'm definitely open to the idea that politics played a role in this.

                      The bottom line is Andrew Luster is a sick, demented piece of garbage who drugged women until they were unconcious, raped them and videotaped it! I'm shocked that the U.S. is even thinking of extraditing these men when Mexico won't extradite rapists or murderers (and a plethora of other criminals) back to our country.
