I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Weight Watchers, well that is an interesting subject here at the moment. One of the supermarket chains here has brought into the rights for the Weight Watchers brand and logo. Consequently, they have relabelled a lot of foods with this WW branding and although the labels have changed the contents haven't. People think that the WW label is a healthier choice, but nothing has changed hmmmm......Comment
