I've been going through them today. My oldest ones are now in March. I either save them in recipes, motivation, tech or tips. I've been trying to read through them in my spare time today.
Yes, the emails are overwhelming at times but can be a quck way to catch up on everyone.

I never delete my subscriptions, but I have disabled the option to receive an email for everyone that ever gets replied to.sigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o
It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
