Back in June we are complained about the rising prices of gas. How has it dropped in your region? As of last weekend the lowest price I seen was $1.99. Have to say I didn't think I would see gas under $2. again. How about you? How much are you paying?

I'd eat my underwear if I could pay $1.99 for gas! Here in Northern Montana it's at $2.45...in the beginning of September it was over $3.20!!! Friggin' ridiculous. Mine never did get over $3.00 where I live so guess you are a bit higher due to location but it has to feel good that is have dropped .75 a gallon there. Lets hope it continues to drop.Originally posted by julirama723My hubby & I in the Smokies!

They really have here...it's sold per litre here, it went over 1.10 (i think that's around $3/gallon) per litre during the summer, last week it was down to .74 however this week it's back up to .89 because it's our thanksgiving weekend so apparently they feel the need to gauge us.

Well, we went from $2.97 to $2.57 (as of today) in a matter of a month. Stinking gas companies decide to lower the gas down .05 a week since the beginning of September. Once an investigation began on why the prices were so high, the gas companies released a statement how oil lines are costing so much to maintain...all the while the prices were surprisingly lowering. Hmmm.....maybe by next spring we'll see below $2; I won't hold my breath.Comment

ours started dropping about a month ago...highest I ever paid was last month at 2.89, now it's at 1.98!!! It's awesome now!Comment

Our stations vary, some are still 2.02, some are 1.99, some are 1.96 and the one I filled up at today was drum roll please....... 1.81. yay

Can you please send some of your cheap fuel over to us!! We buy our fuel per litre which at the moment has come down to £0.85 from £0.98 - but when you convert it to US gallons and dollars - we pay approx $5.80 per us gallon!!!
