    Okay I've looked and looked but couldn't find the ADBB iofficial topic wishing all our Canadian memebers a safe low carb happy thanksgiving so if somebody else started one sorry.

                  Cooked chicken on Sunday
                  Was too sick to eat much of anything on Monday (and Tuesday, and forced a bit in today).
                  The scale didn't move, though.
