                        My mum does that, she has a cleaner but makes a fuss of not having her house into much of a mess before the cleaner arrives.

                                I guess mine would be called a condo. They are all individually owned but some are rented out by the owner. We rent ours. This is actually the building behind ours but they all look the same.
