As a mother my first thought is "Oh My GOD!!" my second is "Ok now how do we clean this up before your father gets home?!?!?!" Thanks for the grin.

This is why I don't have children. Picking up after my husband is bad enough.

ha ha Yikes! LOL I don't have kids, but used to baby sit a lot...this could be why I stopped. These little ones sure went to town with the paint. I remember scribbling on my bedroom wall when I was 3, but nothing like this-just a little bit. My dad painted it over and painted on my nose, to teach me a lesson. It didn't stop my artistic abilities though; I did it again when I was 7...my nose got inked that time. They bought me all the art paper and art supplies I wanted from that point on.

I think picture #2 is my son! When he was 3 his Dad decided to let him help paint the hallway. After awhile he thought Jack had got bored and went to play. But no, he took the brush Dad had so thoughtfully given him and decided to paint the livingroom and the television too!

You need more than just eyes in the back of your head, you need ears on radar mode when sleeping. My 12-yr-old DS woke me at 4am a few days ago, with a weird scritchy scratchy sound, that from the 2nd floor bedroom where I was sounded like some wild creature had got in through the doggy door and was trying to dig through the wall.

On investigation, it turned out DS had stacked up 3 piles of VHS tapes onto which he'd balanced my old turntable, which lacks a phonograph needle. DS was buusily turning the turntable back and forth and using a straight pin to generate sound (and make my best Eagles record resemble a spirograph!!! )
