It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I would go to early America. Long dresses, washing clothes outside, lantern light. Hard work and no phones or tv.

I left school, had my first boyfriend, first kiss!!! lol! I had no worries!! The music was good! I had the best holiday ever with my friends in Spain (our parents let us stay out til all hours!!!) But the best bit was - I was thin!!!!

The 50's- things seemed so much slower then. People were nicer. I would give anything to live in a time like that.Restart weight 8/07=214
