LOL sadie here the driver can tattle on who the driver really was and not pay the fine themselves.
big GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR the folk at the enforcemnt office called me back and told me i need the county clerk who did this to admint in writing he made a mistake cause anybody can put a tag on a different car. I was like the car in yourpic doesn't match the description in your license description and you can clearly see in their pic the name of the brand of car it is which doesn't match either.
the perosn tells me it doesn't mater the violation is written for your plate gojng through that red light not the car.
I got to get a copy of this statue to check the wording on this and if they are right my local news reporter who takes on the corporations and governemnt will get his self a story about this!
