    and now I know why y'all came with no pics cause some of our MODS don't have any ADBB pics unless they are hidden in a journal somewhere.

                      but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                                Duh, I did not see this thread until now, day's later. Yes, Hats off to our Admins and Mods. You help us see what we can be and push us on to greatness when we fall behind.
