    O.k. This will be my last post. My addiction to carbs is over. My addiction to ADBB is over. My worries about not staying on this diet is over. My worries of not needing to post are over. My midnight hunger pains are over.

    Uh-Oh, that little thing in the back of my brain just went off saying, "This is a bad Freaking Idea". You are not cured so keep on posting and stay motivated!!

      GRRRRRRR-- (((((((GRIZZLY))))))))))) been in hibernation and denial. Thinking he didn't need to be supported by a bunch of people claiming to be someone they are not. Some of them even came up with before and after pics just to keep me coming back.
      I know this is all a joke and I will never come on this site again.

      I can do my weight loss all by myself, I don't need some stranger through a computer helping me to lose already 45 lbs. since I joined in October.
      Wait a minute, I have lost 45 lbs. That is 24.4% of the weight that I needed to lose. Could this actually be working?????? Could posting at all hours of the day actually be helping?????

            Iditarod; Dog sled race from Anchorage, Alaska to Nome Alaska. Starts March 3rd and usually takes about 9 days or more. 21 safety check points and mushers can drop or pick up dogs at check points. My job it to help take care of extra dogs after they have been taken out of race. We take them over to Prison in Anchorage for prisoners to take care of until race is over. www.iditarod.com

            I have to retire this year but, will probably be back next year. Grandcub turns 1 year old and have to be in Atlanta in early March. WILL NOT MISS FIRST GRANDCUB'S 1st birthday!!

              Went to confession. ADBB has a hold on me!! I'm loosing my pants over this one. Gonna have to buy new ones. Already lost most of the shirts off my back. Don't know what I'll do. At least ADBB not making me lose my shoes. Gotta get new pics in soon so you can see that this thing works.

                Have you noticed that once the New Year's Resolutions are broken, we lose a LLLLLLLLLLLLOT of people whom thought that they would still be here!

                well, it's up to us old die hards; When the gainers come back that, they find the real losers stayed!!
