Re: Whats for dinner?
Our dinner menu for the week is as follows:
Tonight: Stuffed burgers with salads. (Two thin burger patties- top one with anything ya want. I use cheese, olives, mushrooms, bacon pieces, and sometimes a bit of tomato sauce/paste seasoned - then press the 2nd patty over the first and cook.)
Tomorrow: Broccoli/Chicken Alfredo topped with parm and fresh cracked pepper served over spaghetti squash.
Thursday: Broiled pork chops breaded with cajun seasoned pork rinds, green beans and a salad.
Friday: Broiled steak and sauteed mushrooms served with garlic buttered asparagus and mashed cauliflower with garlic butter.
Saturday: Chicken/Bacon/Shrimp - I cook the chicken and bacon together on the stove top with lots of montreal chicken garlic seasoning. I drain the fat, then add shrimp and parmesan and serve it over a bed of salad greens with a bit of ranch dressing.
Sunday: Chicken/spinach/mushroom quiche

Re: Whats for dinner?
Ha!!
Well, you guys know me. Plan, plan, plan.
It makes grocery shopping and budgeting SO much easier. I whip up menus like that, but I'm known to swap nights around based on what sounds good. I stick pretty darn close to it though. I have to. If I don't, I get myself in chubby trouble
Jas- That smoked gouda stuffed bacon wrapped chicken recipe is dabomb, isn't it?!! YUMMY!!!
