It is with a heavy heart that I say Good bye my friends,

When a person is a member of a group,shares with that group time and knowledge, financially supports that group, and helps that group grow there is an inferred assumption one also supports the views and actions of the ruling body of that organization.

Many of you have seen 4 little words 2BIG is on strike in my siggy as an expression of my disagreement with those actions. They have been edited out of my siggy twice yesterday and not by me. since the only way to allow any one to know I don't agree is to become deactivate here which should occur shortly after I post this if it hasn't already I am putting them back.

I would like to wish you all much success in your efforts to morph your body into the healthier smaller person you want to be.

I can only say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. For all you have done for this board and for me personally. I honestly do not know what I would have done without you and what I WILL do without you.
I wish you would reconsider, in fact I have prayed you would. But, in the end we all have to do what we feel is the right thing. I for one will ALWAYS agree to disagree and ALWAYS respect you.

2Big, you will be missed!

When I first started, and I had all my newbie questions, you were often the first person who responded to me with the facts. I asked questions that you had probably heard 1000 times before, but you also responded and answered my questions.

Personally, i believe that perhaps management needs to take a good hard look at what is going on and why very valuable members are leaving. It is discouraging and heartrending that a site that is so important to many people are seeing valuable people leaving because of "management." Supporting management is very important in a site like this, but when you have members who have been here for ages -- who for all intent and purposes have been seen as part of management and the support of the site -- leaving, that means SOMETHING has happened to change the security. Just as in a business, if you have good people leaving, then perhaps its time to reevaluate either new changes made, or make changes to KEEP good people from leaving or to bring them back under better understandings.

2big, i am very sorry to see you go, you have been a wealth of lessons and understandings as well as support and caring for not only the individuals but also for the site itself. I hope with your and many valuable people getting so fed up they are leaving -- management will take notice and your decision will not be in vain or shrugged off. Please let us know where you end up if you find a happier home.
