Oh my goodness, what a great place! I just checked it out and logged all 5 days of eating since I started. Does anyone know how accurate it is? I saw it leaves out a lot of things, but it is pretty close I am sure. I was just shocked at the carbs in eggplant....
I am not eating anymore until I am off induction. I barely scraped by to say not cheating. I had one day with only 6 carbs and one with only 9. I ate basically eggs and shrimp those days. I had a lot of food, but almost no carbs. I have to remember that combination. Interestingly, the calorie count was high compared to the carbs...LOL The protein could have been better though. How much protein per day should we be getting and how much fat?
