Indeed, but you werent laughing 18 months ago. Or even 3 years ago when we beat you in the Rugby......

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Thats ok, I'll allow you to do it lol
But I am gutted how our sport men are just so rubbish at nearly everyhing we do / play. I think it has a lot to do with schools and sport. When I was at school Cricket was really the only game I was ever any good at, but we never had any lessons. It was all left for people to pick up themselves.
