yesterday... watching Ellen to see the Subway Hero guy... and Beyonce' called in to talk with him...

my hubby said the weirdest thing... but it's got me thinking...

he said ... "she sounds like a real big woman" (referring to Beyonce on the phone on the Ellen show)

have you ever thought about voice tone giving a mental picture of how big someone is?

Actually, yes! lol I work on the phones all day and never see my clients, so I just make up the way I think they look from their voice lol. In the least cruel way possible, I promise!

I imagine that size does effect voice in some way, I know what your husband means, but I can't pin point it.

Also opera singers are often quite large for some reason.
