    Long-term goal - To be fit, strong, with noticable (NOT hulk - like, freaky gladiator woman) muscles. To be able to do 100 Rocky-style situps, 30 straight pull-ups, 100 pushups, 6 minute mile, squat twice my body weight, bench press 200 pounds, deadlift 300lbs, bicep curl 50lbs.

                        Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
                        2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
                        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                        .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

                              Did you know that colds usually last a week or two? Did you also know my kids had the last two days off school (M & T) not for snow, but for it being too cold?
