Depends on how you put it. You could tell the story and then say "Can you see why I'm so happy?!" Isn't that a good idea?

but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

Shouldn't you know by now how much better my weekend almost always was than the Monday that follows unless it's a holiday, which is precisely why I hate
