    online radio or music?

    Ok I am going down to the basement to get back to work on building this HUGE shower I had the crazy idea I could build ...

    today is scrub tiles...reset tiles that fell off and clean out the grout lines ..so next week I can grout!!! whoooo hoooo!!!!

    and need some move your assss kind of music going on ...or crazy controversial talk shows would be good

    got any good links to share?

    I love Sirius Satellite radio. all sorts of stuff there.

      I listen to my XMradio all the time. It always has a variety of topics on talk stations and anykind of music I feel like listening to.

        I listen to XM Radio...best money I ever spent! I've had it for like 4 years or so now. I listen to that 10x more than I watch TV. Katie got me an INNO for x-mas, so I can record tons of content and then take it to work out. It also works well just walking around outside. LOVE IT!

          I do sirius satellite as well. At home and in the car. At work I go online for it. Windows Media Player has some good online stations, you could always go to itunes radio also.

              Definitely Sirius. Can't get Howard anywhere else.

                www.pandora.com is an awesome on-line music player. You put in either an artist you like or a particular song and they'll play similar music. You can add several artists to the list and you get some very eclectic music.

                    Opie and Anthony Higgies????I could never get into them. Are they uncensored because even though I don't have to have the swearing, I would miss them being able to say whatever they want. Howard will always be the king to me and I think being on sattelite has made him that much better.

                        Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                        On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                        Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                        Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

                          I agree...back to the shower. I love a large walk in shower. Are you going to put a bench in, for shaving and sitting? Might as well have all the amenities if you're designing it, right? Multi height jets are on my list...maybe a steam attachment as well?

                          And of course it needs to be big enough for 2!
