So my husband hit port in SASEBO, Japan and he tells me that he and some buddies went out to dinner. Okay no big, He tells me his total for a sushi meal by HIMSELF, with no drinks was $120 US dollars. Now I know that Sushi can be expensive, but 120 bucks by yourself?!?!?! My second wonder is.. how do you not know you are spending that much on a meal? He said it wasnt even an fancy place, but a hole in the wall.

you know, funny story....went to Sonora Mexico once with a group of friends....we munched out thinking how cheap our meal was going to be (a hole in the wall place)...I don't remember seeing prices listed but come on...how much can a bowl of pozole cost?? Well imagine our shock when the bill was almost $100..........of course, there were 6 of us....but you get the drift.......I guess it could happen. -

Ahhhhhhhhhh Dont Get Mad My Friend ........... Go Out And Spend A 120 On You.... For Something You Want....even Up The Score!!!!!!!!! For Every Down There Is Always A Up.... I Always Find That In Spending.... It Makes Me Feel Good... So What Ya Waiting For Goooooooooo Shopping....Comment

Remind me never to eat sushi in Japan!!! lol that is soo expensive!! My husband bought 5 drinks in a bar in Palma, Majorca and it came to 80 Euros, so approx $110!!! lol he nearly died!! but thats cheap compared to your hubbies sushi!! hehe

on a business trip in montreal last year one of my coworkers ordered a cigar, we were at a bar had a humidor (or whatever it's called LOL). When we got the bill you should have seen his face, the cigar was $75! he had never even thought to ask the cost.

Everything in Japan is expensive, I don't care where you are there! My DH and I had a bowl of miso soup each, shared some steamed rice & veggies, and a split a bottle of sake and it cost us around $100 USD. Thank goodness my DH didn't order the Kobe beef!!HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
