Don't you just love seafood? on atkins you can eat all kinds of great seafood. Speaking of seafood we are planning a trip this summer to Destin or Fort Walton Florida and was hoping someone has a good tip for a budget friendly beach front place to stay.

Well it doesn't have to be very inexpensive just a good deal. We will be going places and be out on te beach so I don't really want to pay a lot for a room. We just need a place to shower and sleep. I really can't describe where they are except to say on the beach in Florida they call it the emerald coast.

Gulf side. I have not been there in a long while but the last time I went it was beautiful.

I live on the gulf coast. 3 miles from the beach. It's still beautiful.

Destin/Fort Walton is up in the panhandle.

I don't have any hotel recommendations though.
